Read MoreMy heartfelt love and condolences goes out to Martha's family. A memory that always sticks out in my mind is the making of "End of the Garden vegetable soup." We used up soup bones of beef and pork (whatever we had in the freezer) and used the vegetables from our gardens. One year we froze 100 quarts of delicious vegetable soup. We had a lot of fun working together.

Martha and I would make "End of the garden vegetable and meat soup." One year we made and froze/canned 100 quarts. We enjoyed working today. She was a good friend and my heart felt condolences to the family.
