I met Marti by introduction from my future wife, Virginia, while in high school. Virginia was close to both sisters. I was impressed with Marti's smile, warmth and gentleness in addition to her physical beauty. I met her again about two years ago. She hadn't lost a bit of her qualities. I am indeed saddened to read of her passing.
