Dr. Aylesworth was a huge inspiration to me during my studies at Radford University. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

I was very sad to hear of the passing of Dr. Aylesworth. He was my professor during my first semester at Radford University, and while I didn't know him that well he was a great teacher and obviously cared deeply about his students. He will be missed.

Marty and I had a lot of good memories together, too many to recount only one. Possibly the trip to study the Minoan civilization in Crete and Cyprus might be high on the list. Also, the trip to Hawaii where he was reunited with his sister Wendy after 25 years of being separated by too many miles. Marty enjoyed travel. We also enjoyed dance and music together.
