Martin was a trusted friend & our next-door neighbor in Riverdale, NY for 30 years. In fact, I remember when he moved in. A genuinely nice person who always had a friendly greeting--and he wouldn't hesitate to offer me a ride home when I saw him out shopping. He will be sorely missed. R.I.P.
