Dr. Barr passed away in September 2018. Dr. Barr was a resident of West Bloomfield, Michigan at the time of passing. Interment at Beth El Memorial Park.
Dr. Barr was a kind and lovely man, and one of my most favorite VNA board members. Rest in peace Dr. and Mrs. Barr.

My Division at Wayne State University reported to Marty over a period of several years. I have worked with many people over a long career in the military and in academia. He was top flight and conducted his duties with concern for others and great integrity.

To the Family of Dr. Barr,
I was an executive assistant at Visiting Nurse Association until 2011 and had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Barr. He was a very lovely man - I enjoyed talking with him and helping him with mostly print jobs he would have for the Board meetings or committee meetings. He was passionate about the VNA, and I always appreciated that. God bless you and Dr. Martin, and may be rest in peace.
