Read MoreMr. Bookspan was my neighbor in the Chester Heights section of Eastchester NY. He was a true gentleman. He had thousands of LP records in his study. He was the first person I met who had an expensive stereo system. His voice lives on forever. He was a man who truly served the classical music community. May God rest his soul.
