Not sure what to say?

Martin was a dear friend who enriched our lives and with whom we shared many a good Tuscan meal and bottle of wine. He made us feel a part of his wonderful family to whom we send love and condolences. We miss him very much.

Michael and I were privileged to work for Martin, who at the time owned Charnley River Station in the Kimberlies. This property is a very special place, and it was owned by a very special person. We only knew him for a short time, and the few times we got to spend time with him we will cherish for the rest of our lives. RIP Martin, you will be sadly missed by a lot of people who's lives you have touched. We hope your legacy lasts forever.

I am saddened to hear of Martin's passing. He was a very unique person and leaves a legacy of sanctuary for many of Australia's most vulnerable native animals. They would thanks him if they could. I have fond memories of living and working on the first sanctuary next door to Martin and his family. I feel very fortunate to have known him and shared in his vision.
