I am saddened to learn that my friend and fellow artist Marty Feldman has died. For many years we both attended a Friday sculpture practicum at the Cafritz Art Center in Silver Spring. The fir#t time I met Marty was in a sculpture class at Montgomery College in Silver Spring. He was sitting behind me bantering with his friend Jack. Not knowing them, I was trying, unsuccessfully, to keep my chuckles quiet at the funny comments they made with each other. We stayed together, along with many others, in that class for many years.
