It has taken me a while to wrap my head around the fact that Marty is gone. Dad was so incredibly thankful to have such a great friend for so many years. The two of them together were a comedy team. Marty understood my father perfectly and teased him like no other. I loved Marty for so many reasons but most of all for his heart. He was a true gentleman and is already so missed here on earth. Marty was a good friend for the many years that we knew him. Our acquaintance was mainly through the Friends Book Store at the library. But we know that he will be sorely missed by all who knew him. May his memory be a blessing.
