Not sure what to say?

Martin and I were childhood friends. Lived one street away from each other in Manhatten Beach. We were Bar Mitzvah on the same day! He at the Manhatten Beach Jewish Center and I at Temple Bethel El. Our BEST FRIEND was Jay Gintel! Remember his Mom,Dad, Barbara and Jimmy! My parents are at rest in New Montifiore, as his and James.Tears are in in my eyes and heart!!!

Marty was a great and kind man, a visionary and his loss is felt by many whose lives he touched. I am extremely grateful that in one telephone call 30+ years ago he turned me on to, and taught me about value investing. He made a difference in my life.

My sincerest condolences to Eliza and Jeremy.

Dear Angie and Jeremy----We were saddened to learn of Marty's death - too soon - too soon. We had many wonderful years in each others lives during our time together in New Haven and in New York. His vitality and perceptive intelligence were without compare. We are certain he leaves a huge hole in your lives, and those of your children. Love, Nikki and Sperie Perakos

An Amazing man, a better friend and a beloved mentor. Thanks Marty, I'm gpoing to miss you. Thanks for raising such a great son and being at the forefront of so many amazing memories. Much Love, Steve Cieciuch

Marty was my first boyfriend at George School 1948. A very special person, a friend and mentor to me. I visited his family in Brooklyn and loved their warmth and kindness. I saw the obituary in the NYTimes and am very sorry to read of his passing. Condolences to all the Flugs.

As one who can only experience the Aspen Music Festival on NPR, I want to honor Martin Flug. I am sure he must have been happy to live long enough to see Angie repeat some os his skiing successes but on foot, and se his grandson Matthew into college. His memory will live long! Nicholas Punch
