Read MoreMarty and I met when we were co-counsel at a 6 month trial in SDNY. After that we would run into each other from time to time at the Brooklyn and Nassau Courts. He was a good guy and every time I saw him it brightened my day. He was a good friend and a good lawyer. I miss him.

Dear Janet, Sam, Karen, Amy, Arthur & family, we were shocked & very saddened to be notified by Moishe of Martins zl passing. He was an outstanding lawyer who loved & excelled at his kraft. But the legacy he left is his relation to his family. He loved all of you deeply & you always remained his pride & joy.
