EAST ALTON — Martin Dean "Marty" Higdon, 63, passed away Monday, Nov. 18, 2019 at his residence.

He is survived by children Terry, Rachel and Clarissa; nine grandchildren; and siblings, Billy Higdon and Pam Schardan.
