Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to learn of Martin's passing. My husband and I were lucky enough to rent the upstairs unit at his home on 12th Ave. W. in Seattle, for 2 years, beginning in 1977. Martin was the strongest man I ever met, and Florence was very kind to us. RIP, Martin.

Our great Martin from the Swedish club!
What a wonderful, fun, man! I knew him the last 10 years, though 35 years my senior, he was younger than me, at heart!
My great sympathy to his lovely wife and family.
I was so thrilled to come with Erik Ronning to Martins 90th! What a man, what a big life!!

,May God give you all peace and comfort in the days ahead. You are loved! GraceHuffaker

Uncle Martin was a very special person and warm, caring soul. It seemed that he fully embraced the Brinks family, involving himself fully in every family reunion. I loved his pixieish sense of humor, and the sense of adventure and endless strength he shared with his nieces and nephews. My husband Toby felt strongly welcomed at his first reunion, and always sought Uncle Martin to reconnect. Love, Nancy Brinks

Uncle Martin (Cousin really) had me aboard the Bering Sea for 3 months when I was 16 to help him after a broken arm. My pay for that time purchased my first car and insurance. He always looked out for my brother and I by letting us mow the lawn or paint an apartment. He was always more than generous to us.

A true legend in his homeland and his adopted country. We are all blessed by his commitment to his heritage, his family and his many friends. We will miss him. Im happy that I and my family were privileged to know him. He was such a great friend.
Love, Margareta
