Mr. Moore was one of the kindest gentlest persons that I have ever known. The last time I saw him was during the beginning of the pandemic, when most things across the state were shut down. My wife and I were walking the Linear Trail in Wallingford, and a tall man came up behind us at a rather quick pace, and then passed. I recognized him to be Marty, and shouted out. Above all, Marty was a great friend with a nonstop sense of humor. I was lucky enough to work with him, side by side, at Sikorsky during some exciting days. He was an absolute professional with great insight for business, politics and communication. He was always kind, considerate and generous. Rest in Peace, Marty. You've left us some wonderful memories.
