The Measure of a man: Not - "how did he die" But - "how did he live" Not - "what did he gain" But - "what did he give" These are the units to measure the worth of a man, as a man, Regardless of birth. -Unknown author

Deepest Sympathy to the whole family, it was a pleasure to spend some time with you all 2 years ago and to raise a glass with Uncle Marty.

Colleen, I am sorry to hear of the lost of your father. As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends

Dear Family, we will always enjoy the great memories and updates on Marty throughout the years. My dear Father-in-law, Ed Nietopski always provided a daily joke from Marty to and from Mass every morning. Marty shared my Mother-in-law's birthday and we always thought of him. A true friend and Irishman. May his smile always be with us. Kim and Mike Nietopski

Mr O'Keefe was my dad's (John F Downs) uncle it was s nice seeing him for my parents 50th anniversay in 2007 I remember the smile on dad's face when he saw him. Prayers to the family

I've always admired Marty for his uninhibited friendly personality and confident music playing.
