MARTIN LUTHER PAYNE

I just found out a couple of days ago after searching since 1990 for Marty and it breaks my heart to know that he's passed away he actually was and it's hard to believe my best friend while on board the USS Sylvania basically a ride or die partner and today I'm sitting a tear just like it was yesterday God bless my friend and I know he's in heaven doing what he does best making people laugh.
