Suzanne,
My heart goes out to you and your family. What a great loss to your family and to Old World Wisconsin. I came to know and love Marty through Pioneer America Society and fondly remember his sitting at my breakfast table many years ago when we held the meeting here in Wilmington, NC. He was a dear friend to PAS and he has been deeply missed in recent years.

Sue and Family,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Marty's sudden passing. He was a wonderful person and a highly esteemed colleague. Old World is what it is because of Marty and as such he leaves behind a legacy that few of us can hope to emulate. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
