Mr and Mrs Robinson and family
I worked with Marty for almost 6 yrs. I was his back-up/assistant at work.
I remember times when you would call, Pat. You and I would just be talking and Marty would be standing next to me waiting to talk to you. Then after the call he would say "You and my Mom planning something".
I will miss him greatly. He always had something to say that would make you smile. He always made fun at my street name "Snaptail Ct" at every chance he had. He...

Dear Robinson family,
I knew Marty outside of his work with Cleveland Clinic. I met Marty at one of Denise Rupert's fund raising garage sales for the Relay for Life. Marty and I shared lunch a few times, discussed problems with significant others, and was sharing interest in investing in real estate. Marty was the "all American boy next door"...he was the kind of guy you hoped your daughter would bring home for dinner. Although he at times seemed very reserved he had a huge initiative to...

I Know Where My Friend Is
I know where my friend is. I’ll try not to question why.
I’ll see him again soon, when I gaze into the sky.
It hurts to realize the good times are now endearing recollections.
Relay, concerts, good jokes; were among his predilections.
Marty strived to advance himself; pursuing even higher education.
He also gave of himself, no matter what the situation.
Fundraisers for the Relay for Life were important to this man.
He’s...

Dear Robsinson Family,
Marty was one of my dearest friends whose passing has left a big hole in my heart and my life. We were concert buddies who shared a love of music, writing, animals, and also many of our hopes and dreams with each other, as well as a LOT of laughter and good times. He was one of my biggest supporters throughout my breast cancer treatment in 2003 and was our "silent" co-captain for the Cleveland Clinic team for the Relay for Life; the American Cancer Society's...

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Robinson,Maureen and family,
Marty and I shared a friendship full of laughter -- I also knew his sensitivity and need to talk. We shared a lot and I will miss "Mort"s company daily. Everything we said to each other we did with an Irish brogue. Fun times I will remember. He is not gone, just in another room, as the Irish Carmelite nuns say.
God Bless you all in this time of loss,
My deepest sympathies,
Julie Basile
