I first met Marty and Alice Warshaw at the Cottonwoods Condo Complex in Aspen, Co. I was i/c of maintenance for a company, VILCOR, who managed the complex. I was struck by how friendly and welcoming they were to me. Marty and Alice owned condo 2A in the complex. To the Warshaw family, I offer my deepest sympathy. I always found "Marty" (as he was affectionally called) to be a professor who was loved by his students. He was always interested in having the Michigan Business School develop a diverse and talented group of BBA and MBA students.
