Not sure what to say?

Marty was like a member of our family through my teens. Always a smile, a laugh, a kind word. Richard, my heart breaks for you, your parents, your families. The world lost a great soul far too young.

"Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it become a memory." - Dr. Seuss
So many memories. Marty was the first friend I made when my family moved to Westminster and his fun, faithful, kind, goofy, gentle, generous spirit filled our times together. Sincere thoughts and prayer for his family and loved ones now grieving his passing.

My deepest condolences and sympathy to Marty's fiancée, children and family. It is with a heavy heart I write this message. Marty, you were a gem. A true inspiration to many. You were greatly respected and treasured. A true honor to say I knew you and worked with you. I will miss you calling me "O" and how your smile lit up the room. I can speak for many when I say you will be missed.

In light of your memory that your light of your soul will continue to glow forevermore in your children's eyes and memory and heart. God please find healing for your family and friends and everyone you have touched in your time here on earth and may God continue to bless you in your new home. Rest peacefully.

My deepest sympathies sent to Marty's family and friends. His unique energy and charisma, contagious laugh and goofy candid sense of humor was truly appreciated even back in Westminster. Seems this is how he lived his life into adulthood as well. May you be lifted by knowing he had a positive effect on so many lives. Truly sorry he is gone too soon.

You will definitely be missed Marty. You were extremely sweet and never hesitant to lend a helping hand, you were very well appreciated. I send my condolences to your fiancée and children. Rest peacefully Marty.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Marty. I worked with him and his spirit was always so nice and calming. I will definitely miss him.

Marty was a legend. He was a best friend, an amazing coworker and an amazing father to his children. Marty and I would talk almost every day, we worked together ever since him and I started Comcast at the same time. It was 4 of us there, we were inseparable. Bestest of buds. Now to find out this has happened unexpectedly, I don't know how I'll be able to get through work, it's just never going to be the same without you. I do remember saying the only way to break us up was if we all got fired...

Marty i really dont know where to start. From our training class at comcast to last week i saw you. I am still in shock. You were such an amazing co worker and like a mentor. Remembered how we thought you were under cover boss for comcast . We missed you dearly at comcast. You were a great contributor here. My prayers are to his children and all family. To be absencein the body is to be present with the lord. Sleep soundly.
