To the Welch family. We are so sorry to learn of Mr. Welch´s passing. We remember him coming back from his fishing trips, turning into the court, maneuvering his boat up the driveway and showing us the large fishes he "claimed" to have caught. Let me apologize now for all of us kids calling Santa Claus long distance from your house phone....several times; needless to say, Mr. Welch wasn´t too happy about that.
