MARTIN F. YTUARTE

YTUARTE--Martin F. A beloved father and businessman, at age 77. Born to Justo and Josephine Ytuarte in New York City in 1936. Always an industrious and hard worker. Involved in his father's businesses in locations all over lower Manhattan. Graduate of finance and business administration at St. John's University. A true New Yorker, he worked for over 25 years at One World Trade Center as Executive Vice President of Prudential Lines. He was then asked by Hugo Neu to be the Vice President and General Manager of River Terminal, a commercial real estate company, where he worked for 27 years. As a businessman, Marty was known for his integrity and honesty. He was both a leader and a mentor to many over his long and distinguished career. He was also a family man who was devoted to his family. He was always the consummate host and welcomed everyone into his home. He is survived by his wife Norma, his daughters Jacqueline and Helen White, his beloved grandchildren, Olympia and Orlando and his brother Ray Ytuarte. Friends may call at Frank E. Campbell at 1076 Madison Ave on Friday, April 25th from 2-5pm and 7-9pm.
