A classmate(UHS class of 65,) just sent me your fathers obituary & I posted it last night on our Class FB page. So far, several classmates posted that they had your dad as their history teacher in Kawameeh & I think one posted they had him in Livingston elementary. All loved him as a history teacher & thought he was very nice. Condolences to your entire family & may he R.I.P. Sincerely , Arleen Miller (class of UHS 1965 & head of our reunions.

Our deepest sympathy and condolences go out to you. For fondest memories of Uncle Marty. Ina Fowler, Bruce & Larry Zwillman

My condolences and prayers. I just found out Mr. Zwillman passed. What an amazing man and educator. My Mom, Edna Hayes, had become friends of his and Ms. Phyllis. Every school event, we were there. They had such love and pride for Jefferson School and all the students that went there. The lessons he taught us will forever live on.

Mr Zwillman was my 8th Grade Social Studies teacher at Kawameeh in 1960. I clearly recall him discussing the Francis Gary Powers U2 incident and how nations keep an eye on each other. Mr Zwillman discussed that Economic Wars could replace hot wars. Those lessons and insights are etched into my memory and are as true now as then. A crisp salute to Mr Zwillman on his military service to our great nation, and to his lifetime commitment to education. May his memory be a blessing. May he Rest in...

Mr Zwillman was my 8th Grade Social Studies teacher at Kawameeh in 1960. Many of the lessons and insights he taught are etched into my psyche, and ring true to this day. A crisp salute to Mr Zwillman for his military service, and for his dedication and commitment to education. Martin Zwillman is one of the great ones. May his memory be a blessing.

Mr. Zwillman was my History Teacher in Kawameeh, 1962. He taught me to read History Books like they were exciting novels instead of just textbooks. To this date I am still a History buff and still a student.
