Not sure what to say?

Just received word of PSC Martin's passing. Marty was one of the most compitent, dedicated CPOs I had the please to work with in the USCGR. He carried out his work with a sense of humor and laced his conversation with entertaining 'sea stories' from the Coast Guard and Chicago Police Department. He was a great role model for the younger enlisted men and a great help to the officers. My condolences to Joyce and the rest of the Martin family at this melancholy time. Until we meet again,...
