..Here is a Poloroid photo that I took at the METROPOLE CAFE 1961 NYC of TWO of The GREATEST LEGENDS of JAZZ-Swing music...The Great Mr. Hap Gormley Drummer....and THE GREAT Mr. MARTY NAPOLEON, on their Break.... was 17 years old...It was an Honor in my life KNOWING Marty & Hap....I miss THEM.....and Marty THANK YOU for your chats on the phone.with me...RIP Marty ...send my Best to GENE & All Your friends..of SWING MUSIC..& Jazz.......Your friend Tony Guardino...age 77...

I was honored to know Marty only a short time while he lived at the Regency. I loved seeing the rapture on his face when we listened to his music and he relived the days he played. He will be missed by many and his talent will be remembered. RIP Marty.
