I was so sorry to read about Marv's passing. Please accept my sincerest sympathy. I didn't see Marv often, but always enjoyed seeing him when I did bump into him. He was such a sweetheart. I hope the support of your family and friends will help alleviate your loss.

I remember the first day I met Marvy. It was snowing giant snowflakes as he stood in the front yard with Barnaby. I immediately felt at home with Marv and Nessie and felt like I had known them all my life. Marvy hugged me and kissed my cheek and said " you're the one for Rob ".....he always told me he was my biggest fan. Pops told me in his last weeks to "look around at my beautiful family and know that everything will be alright." I will think of you every time I see a white poodle. I...

Marvin and Nessie have been dear friends for 44 years, sharing sports talk, work stories, and family events, over happy and difficult times. We fondly remember our shared trips to Yellowstone and San Diego. A highlight of one trip was a tour of a coal mine in Colorado. Marvin turned white as the guide...

Nessie and Family, I am so sorry to read of Marvin's passing. I remember him well as we often spoke of the food business when he came into the Crown. One would be hard pressed to find a finer gentleman of class and integrity. Marvin was a true mensch, and the definition of genuine. This world would be a better place with more like him!!
