Commissioner Friedman was a honest person who always made thoughtful decisions on behalf of our youths in our community. He will always be remembered as a Champion for Juvenile Justice. He will be sorely missed.

I'm so sad to learn of Marvin's passing. He and I met in 1964 and shared his Carl Street home (as friends). I have very fond memories. Marv was truly the kindness, big-hearted person I have ever known. It was a honor and a privilege to work with him for over a decade. He was a fair and generous and thoughtful commissioner, always looking out for the kids' best interest. I'm so glad he had such a wonderful long life with Lee, and I send my deepest condolences.
