Fond memories.

Marvin H. Green is to me the gentleman who used to bring BBQ dinner every friday evening from the Country Club to the CCYC where I do as a bartender in Casa de Campo, Dom. Rep. and share it with this humble servant of his. My deepest condolences to his loved ones from the bottom of my heart.

Mrvin Green was a great friend to my parents and family. I remember him with great fondness. The days of Nirvana will be cherished. He will always be remembered and dearly missed. Sending my sympathy and condolences to Terry, Melissa, Alegra and Alexandra.

We think of those who have left us.

As stepping on shore and finding it heaven.

Taking hold of a hand finding it God’s hand.

Breathing a new air and finding it Celestial air.

Feeling invigorated and finding Immortality.

Passing from storm and tempest to an unbroken calm.

Waking up and finding it home.

MARVIN GREEN WAS A GOOD FRIEND,A GOOD FATHER,A VERY SUCCESSFUL BUSINESSMAN AND ONE OF THE GREATEST WORLD CLASS BIG BOAT YACHTSMEN OF THE LATTER HALF OF THE 20TH CENTURY. NIRVANA HELD THE FASTNET RECORD AND THE BERMUDA RACE RECORD FOR EXTRAORDINARY LONG PERIODS,BEFORE THEY WERE FINALLY BESTED BY OTHERS. MY CAP IS OFF TO HIM ,IN SALUTE. MANY WILL CHERISH THEIR MEMORIES OF HIM.

I will always remember the days with Marvin in NY, Ct and back to NY when I worked with him. It was a part of my life I will never forget. I, too, look forward to celebrating and sharing memories of Marvin's life at his memorial service in New York, April 8th. Marvin,say hello to Stan White and Bob Trivers for
me.

I have such fond memories of Marvin. He always had a bright outlook and a twinkle in his eye. I was a big fan of his. Hopefully, he and Arthur are sailing together now. My condolences to his family and loved ones.
