Not sure what to say?

To Ria Griffin and family. I am so sorry to hear that your father had passed away it brought tears to my eyes, and my heart just spanked. Sorry for your loss.

I grew up in Ebenezer and still think of it in my heart as my home church. Pastor Griffin was and will continue to always be in my heart. He taught me many things over the years, even after I left Austin. He was such a force, and he knew it! He wanted excellence and never stopped short. He could draw excellence from others and that was his forte. I am grateful to have known him and fortunate to have learned so many valuable lessons from him. May he rest well in the bosom of the Lord.

May the Griffin family know that so many were touched by the life and legacy of this great, God-led leader. May you know peace and grace in the presence of a life well-lived. Fran Phillips-Calhoun
