Survived by wife Margaret "Maggie" (Schaack) Hicks, daughter Bridgette Hicks son Jim Hicks, his "favorite granddaughter Mackenzie; siblings Clarence (Marlene), Dick (Jan), David (Bev), Jerry (Penny) and Barb Bowers. Visitation Tuesday 3/22 from 5-8 pm Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 201 7th St. E., Hastings. Funeral Wednesday 3/23 at 10:00 am St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 15th St. W., Hastings with visitation from 9-10 am. Interment Lakeside Cemetery. 651-437-9419

We encountered his preaching when or pastor at that time was Bro Bennie Driver Century Fl Asked Bro Hicks to preach a dedication services for our new church.
