Marvin High Elk, 79, Mobridge, S.D., formerly of Eagle Butte, S.D., died Nov. 3, 2016, at Golden Living Center, Mobridge. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. MST Wednesday, Nov. 9, at St. John's Episcopal Church, Eagle Butte. Further arrangements are pending with Oster Funeral Home, Mobridge.
