Nothing but respect for the nicest man I ever met in uniform. I know of no one to have ever argued or or disagreed with any of his dealings with students, parents or fellow instructors. He led the way he lived, with a smile always. I wish I could have been more like him.

I thank God for meeting Chief James! He was put in my life as a supervisor/mentor/friend back in the 1980s at McGuire Air Force Base in NJ. I am absolutely a better man, husband and dad, learning from Chief James as I received the gift of the best friendship/mentoring from him, that lasted for decades.
