Dear JoAnn, I was sorry to hear the news of your father's death. He lived a full and meaningful life, and he obviously loved his family and was loved in return. I hope the support of family and friends is a comfort to you.

JoAnn, my condolences to you, your mother and the rest of the family on your dad's passing. I don't know if I ever met your parents, but I imagine he and my dad knew each other, as my father grew up in Syracuse and was born in '18. It isn't easy saying goodbye to our parents no matter how long their lives or how old we are. I wish you well.
