Marv was one of the best. I enjoyed working with him for the 20 years I was in Portland. Marv taught me a lot about being a supervisor. The last time I saw Marv was when he came up to Seattle for my retirement. Meant much to me that he would do that. Ray McGovern

I was fortunate to have worked with Marv for
many years along with an ensuing life long friendship and his loss will be deeply felt
but the great memories will live on. Marv was always available when needed and we spent time together sharing our experiences.. Marv shared his building talents when needed and was always available to help. Thankyou Marv for all the help You provided me. Gonna MISS you!!!!!

After informing UAL Retiree Club about Marv's passing. I called Rick Boatright in Thompson Falls, MT who was close to Marv. Lastly I just figured out I worked 16 of my 42 years with Marv In PDX. Great memories, RIP Marv.
