Read MoreI just found out Marvin passed this morning. I worked with Marvin at Tampa Electric Company. Marvin was a great person as well as a humanitarian. Marvin was fair but firm and I always respected him for that. What I got from Marvin was "what you put in is what you get out, don't try to take the short cut". Awesome man who was always willing to share his knowledge!!!
