I was honored to have met, known, and cared for such a wonderful human being towards the end of his life. Marv taught me to play gin rummy, but he taught me too well--I started beating him after about a month of playing daily. He was loved and will be truly missed.

Dear Tim, Sam and I were so very sorry to hear of your Father's death. I'm not sure how we missed it in the paper but please know we are thinking of you and your family. Sam has known your Dad for many years and thought so highly of him as well as your Mother. We were so happy to be able to attend the 100th Birthday party and meet many of you.
