Not sure what to say?

I had the apartment across the hall from Marvin in 1975-1976. Marvin was so nice, so cool. He gave me one of his practice jerseys (#50), which I still wear. It was so huge I couldn't wear it then. Other SC royalty would visit Marvin. I recall seeing a Rolls in the parking lot, license plate AD 28. I have always followed him, and I will miss following him.

Dear Powell Family - I met Marvin in 2006 in Tampa, FL, both of us on the job. He was the most intelligent, kind, thoughtful, fun and amazing man. Marvin and I shared many books and chats about family and friends. For a hulk of a man - he was always tender when talking about his daughters, sons and mother. Marvin was a gentle giant - he will be forever remembered for his smile and voice - and missed always. Love you Marvin - Thank you for the times we shared
