Not sure what to say?

On behalf of the residents and staff of The Village at Incarnate Word, I express our sincere sympathy to Marvin's loved ones at this time of loss. It was our privilege to have him as a member of our community.

Marvin's vision, leadership, and sincere concern for the welfare of others made working for Marvin a unique privilege. Marvin taught us, "it's got to be right," and to "respect the dignity of the individual." He showed us how to "have fun, keep the company strong, and make a profit." Marvin's leadership lessons will live on in the lives of the many managers whom he worked so hard to develop. May God bless the Selig family with peace, comfort and gratitude for Marvin's life and influence...

Remembering Marvin and Ellie with love and wonderful memories.. What fun we had with them in Ruidoso as trainers of their great race horses. It was a pure joy to be in their vast circle of friends. Such a blessing to know them. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Selig family. Arnold and Nene Simmons

Our deepest condolences. We know that Marvin's passing will leave a void in the lives of many. Not as big as for his family. Hold tight to memories for comfort, lean on your friends for strength, and always remember how much we love and care about you.

Like many college students, Marvin offered us employment during the school years..which gave us a gift to finish our education...one of my favorite storys he would tell is this..."I started this mill in a cornfield ....iron and steel...Eli would iron during the day.. and I would steel during the night..." this was often repeated during pay time on Friday afternoons...to me he was an inspiration who gave me many oppurtunities and offers that could not be matched...as a addendum, Edmund...

My condolences to the entire Selig Family.
With our Deepest Sympathy,

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. May God's love warm and keep you.
