Read MoreMy deepest sympathy to Wanda and family. Growing up in Vienna and knowing his dad, I always enjoyed talking with Marvin about the old days on Elliott's Island and around Vienna. Such a good man, very intelligent and kind. It was always obvious how much his family meant to him and how proud of them he was. RIP old friend.

Marvin was a fine person and great conversationalist, always nice to talk to, and very thoughtful. I am saddened at his passing. Another loss too for Elliott Island as so few of us now remember growing up there. It is very nice of the family to remember the church at the Island. Marvin graciously attended my mom's funeral in 2019 and served as a pallbearer, we were honored. He and his dad built my mom's dining and living room on our home at Elliott when Marvin was young.
