Read MoreSo sorry to learn of Marvin passing. We go way back to Marvin worked for the city. We played softball together many years. Later I worked at Pitt Plastics with him for about 20 years. Great guy, always had time for a visit even if for a couple minutes. He will be missed, and prayers go out to his family.
