Not sure what to say?

Sandy, Lee & Brent,
We were saddened to hear of your dad's passing. We had known both your mom and dad for many, many years. We bowled together, danced together, belonged to many Northfield activities together. Most recently, your dad visited us in California. We had great fun showing him Napa wine country and we just enjoyed catching up on all the happenings in Northfield. Joe and Marv enjoyed a sunny day of golf while he was here. We were looking forward to another visit from him...

Brent & Family,
We had the great privilege of meeting and knowing both of your parents. They we're so very nice to be around. I can see where you got your personalty from, your kindess, and you morels. I always felt like they had those same things. Your dad will now be with your mom side. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.

SANDI, LEE AND BRENT

SO SORRY WE CAN'T BE THERE WITH YOU. OUR THOUGHTS HAVE BEEN WITH YOU. WE HAVE LOST A VERY GOOD FRIEND.

LOVE,

DAVE AND MARILYN

I've spent time with Marv at Kappa Sigma Chi re-unions in Florida and Cleveland. As recently as Feb 7, 2006 in Sarasota, FL. After many years of not having seen each other, we connected again in Kent, about seven years ago. Many e-mails were exchanged in those few years. I'll always remember my fraternity brother as gentle, stoic and truly interested in another's problems. I'll miss him terribly.
May God give him peaceful rest.
