Marvin Vanderpol

My husband, Lee VanZanten, was a close friend of Marv from school, college, and afterward --especially in their "boys" quartette which continued to sing and love each other until death began to claim the members. He was an important , joyful part of our lives.

Dear Family: Our sympathies for your loss. He was an important person for so many of us at Sonlight. He will be missed greatly. I am so thankful for each of you and pray for God's blessing on each of you as you walk the path of grieving the loss of your husband, dad, grandpa, and great grandpa.

Marv and Mari were important part of our lives, and for all of Leo's school, and after. They were part of the "boys Quartette" which sang together for decades. Marv kept contact with me after Leo's death and visited each time they drove past our SW Wash home. I feel sorrow for the children and grandchildren as well as Mari. What a hole in their lives. Thank you for all you've done to care for their needs. God has a precious new resident in His heaven.
