Not sure what to say?

I was so sorry to learn of Marvin's death. I remember him, Maria Elena and the children fondly from Colombia and Costa Rica. Marvin was one of my strongest supporters in USAID and very much nurtured my career. My sincerest condolences.

Dear Marlene and family, On behalf of your friends at AFSC please receive our sincere condolences. We would very much like to accompany you at the Memorial Service. Many of us are presently traveling mostly to Chile, but Odette and I are here and extend to you our thoughts and prayers. A special hug to Karen. Love from all of us. Barbara

We have fond memories of Marvin and Maria Elena from their time as our neighbors in Cabin John, and have enjoyed keeping in touch with them. Our heartfelt condolences to Maria Elena and the whole family.

Sending my condolences to Maria Elena and Family. Arlette

On behalf of the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF), we express to you and your family our sincerest condolences. Marvin Weissman served as PADF Executive Director in the late 1980s and his contributions were greatly appreciated. I also recall Marvin's important USAID service and assistance to Ecuador. We extend to Maria Elena and family our heartfelt solidarity at this very difficult time.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
