Not sure what to say?

I was very saddened to hear that my old boss, Marvin Wilhelm, has passed away. He was the finest principal that I ever worked with, and his compassion for students and faculty was unmatched. He will be missed, as he was when we lost him as our principal at THS.

My football coach at Talawanda in 1965 and 1966. He treated all players with respect and got more out of us because of that. He became principal and never changed. Everyone loved Marvin Wilhelm. I was one of those. I always remembered Mr. Wilhelm, always will. Now Heaven is a better place.

I was a student athlete in the first year that Marvins started coaching at Tipp City. Our class of 1956 held reunions which Marvin always attended. Marvin and his fellow coaches frequently visited our house after football games or any event. Michael Staup, Resident of the student council.

Marvin was one of the greatest educators we had in the Talawanda School district. Great coach, and friend. Sorry for his families loss.

Condolences to the family of Marvin Wilhelm. I knew Mark Marvin after I graduated from high school he was a regular visitor to our family home. Always a wonderful, strong, cheerful, and loyal friend. I have many good and happy memories of Marvin. May he rest in peace and be forever with our God.

Single Memorial Tree

I have never met Marvin, but have heard many wonderful stories from Kathy. I know he will be greatly missed as he was very loved. So sorry for your loss.

As a long time, Talawanda teacher I knew Marvin well. He was the best principal I had ever worked under. He was dedicated to the students and teachers in the Tawanda District. He´s one of the kindest men I´ve ever known. He absolutely lived his faith. Much love to his family and close friends. He will be dearly missed.
