Not sure what to say?

Mary Ann was a wonderful part of the DCHS staff. My thoughts and prayers are with her family as they walk down the path of grief that is so very challenging.

Mary Ann, who taught was just down the hall from me at DCHS, could not pass my classroom without lobbing me some clever zinger. When I visited hers, her desk was mobbed by students who adored her as much as I did. I always thought she was the perfect teacher; she gave her students 100% of her considerable energy. Remembering her will always bring a smile.

Mary Ann was such a kind person and she touched many, many lives. She will be missed.

Mary Ann was a wonderful person -- my heart goes out to her family -- my thoughts and prayers are with the family. I remember those delicious chocolate eclairs she made -- better even than the Broadmoor's.

My heart goes out to Mary Ann's family. She was a light to everyone who knew her.

Our love and condolences to Mary Ann's family. She was such a treasure as a mentor, colleague and friend! She leaves a great legacy in those she touched with her grace.

Mary Ann was a gifted teacher and a delightful person. She will be missed.

Mary Ann was a beautiful person, both inside and out. She was the kind of working peer that everyone loves - personable, interested, caring, giving and a team player. We will remember our years teaching with Mary Ann, and Rich holds no other chocolate eclair equal to hers! God be with her family.

If I close my eyes I see Mary Ann's classroom...plants, the ladder to water them, the mirror by the door (have to look good) and her smile. I can taste the eclairs. I hear her comments to students that only Mary Ann could say, and I hear her laugh. I am grateful that I have those memories and many more and blessed that Mary Ann was a part of my life - she will be missed. Condolences and prayers to her family.
