Not sure what to say?

Dear Mary Ann,
I don't know if you will read this or not, but I didn't get a chance to say things I would have said if I'd known it was our last conversation. I hope you know you are an example to me. From our first meeting, ten years ago,I felt we would be good friends. Your gracious manners, your frienship, your love, your beautiful smile, your hard work, your creativity, your desire to serve, your willingness to give, your thoughtful e-mails, your attention to my needs, and your...

Dear Ann, Curtiss, and families:
We're so sorry to hear of Mary Ann's passing, Ann, you and Alton, have raised a wonderful daughter to become a wonderful mother, wife and grandmother.

We loved being in your home and you're so good to my mother, Norma Humphries, and you took great care of me when I was little.

May the Spirit of the Lord grant you peace and comfort during these emotional and difficult times. What would we do without the gospel in our lives.

Dear Jeanne, Roseanne & Family,
I'm so sorry. You truly have a wonderful mother and I know you're going to miss her so much. My memories of your mom go back to Zionsville, Indiana in the early 80's. Now that I'm a mom of teenagers, I can't believe her generosity in hosting all those huge sleepovers we had at your house! I remember your house as such a beautiful, art-filled place, with really good food. I have great memories of that time in my life, and you guys were a big part of...

We love you all and miss you and wish you well during these times, Jennifer Atkisson-Lovett and my siblings Rob Atkisson and Kathy Atkisson-Kline, and of course my mother Mary Ann...

Dear Rosanne and Atkisson family,Please except my condolences for the loss of such a wonderful, important person in your lives. I know how her love of art shaped your lives- I know how her deep and sincere faith shaped your souls. You were so fortunate to have had her and I have no doubt she will continue to watch over and care for you all. Kim Deal( Valencia, California)

Bill and I were so sorry to hear about the loss of Sister Atkisson. She was truly a woman of grace, kindness and had a deep testimony of the gospel. Our deepest sympathy and prayers to all of her family.

Dear Atkisson Family,

It is a privilege to count you among our treasured and supremely admired friends. How fortunate we were to have our families close when we lived in Michigan.

From Keena: Mary Ann was the most gracious, loving person I know. I would never leave her without feeling better about myself and about life. Whenever she was around, no matter what I was doing, she would invariably offer to help. I could tell she loved her Savior and found joy in serving....

Dear Curt and Family,
Mary Ann remains dear to us all. We join you in missing her and have you in our prayers. Our love to you.

Dear Curt and Family -
We have such fond memories of shared happy moments at Stanford, now so long ago, and believe we still share the same interests in Mormon history and art. MaryAnne was a joy to be around and we're glad we saw you both a few times in recent years. Please accept our condolences.
