Mary Elizabeth "Beth" Ayers

I worked with Beth during the years she worked as head of the Tioga County CSEA. She was always very pleasant as she addressed Village of Owego contract issues. Later, as she would come in to pay sewer rents on her properties she would remember me and we would have pleasant greetings. I think she was a truly sincere person and had a very special twinkle in her blue eyes. Glad to have known her, if only as an acquaintance.

So sorry to here of Beth's death. She certainly was a strong spirit. I occasionally crossed her path and she never failed to mention you. She certainly got much love in life from you. My thoughts are with you
