Eskel Rice

Eskel was born on January 11, 1939 and passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2018. Eskel was a resident of Ashland, Kentucky at the time of passing. Eskel attended Summit schools and retired in 1995 from his landscaping business. A Funeral Service to honor Mr. Rice will be at 1:00pm Wednesday April 11, 2018 at Neal Funeral Home, 2409 Center Street, Catlettsburg.
