Not sure what to say?

Dear Nan,
My condolences to you and Cheryl and Jeanne, as well as your dad. A fellow Dellwood resident passed the word. You and your sisters are the best legacies of such a warm ,capable, and friendly woman.

Although Mary and I didn't work directly together, we knew each other at Rainbow for many years. Her death is a loss to so many people. I will remember her as a thoughtful, caring person. My prayers go to her family and friends.

In deepest sympathy to Mary's family. May you find peace in knowing what a difference she made in the lives of so many children and families. Her legacy is a loving one.

Dear Jeanne,
Haven't seen you since we were kids, but am home visiting my parents & heard about your mom's death. I remember her sweet smile & her kindness even after all these years. I share your sorrow and pray that you will experience God's comfort & peace during this difficult time. Drop me a line when you have a chance...

"Blessed be the Lord, who daily bear us up. God is our salvatrion."
~Psalm 68:19

We are a closer family because of our Aunt Mary. Aunt Mary was the one that organized the family reunions, the weddings and birthday parties. Forever grateful, Neice Cindy

Mary was a wonderful, kind, caring person. She was an oasis of calm during our many visits to Rainbow--watching her work with my child and with the other children was like watching love in action. The world has lost a wonderful person. She touched so many lives, and made everyone around her a better person. I hope that the wonderful family memories you all have will sustain you through your loss.

Dear Barkey Family,
My deepest sympathy for all of you for your loss. Mary was one great teacher that I had the privilege of learning from during my residency. It is because of her teaching regarding the need for comfort measures that in my clinical work all children have all of the measures that Mary developed to make procedures less traumatic available, which has infinitely improved their quality of life and their relationships with attachment figures. I cannot express how very, very...

It was a pleasure to know Mary. I met her in the University Hospital Toastmasters group in 1985 where I remember her giving interesting and insightful speeches. After the group ended we managed to get together here and there. She always was thoughtful and giving of her time and energy. Her loving smile and energy will be missed.

Dear John, Jeanne, Cherrie and Nan,
With fond memories of our days on Dellwood Road we send our deepest sympathy. We will keep all of you in our prayers.
