Not sure what to say?

Memories of working with Mary Ann still remain with me even after my retiring almost 20 years ago from Archmere. Every teaching day was a day to inspire students to know and love history. Pat

Dear Dave and family,
I was so sorry to hear of Mary Ann's passing. I remember meeting her through Carolyn Letts and had many pleasant times in her company. It sounds as though her compassion and commitment to others continued through her retirement. What a gift to others.

Dear Dave and family
My condolences on your loss of Mary Ann.. After being introduced to her many years ago by Carolyn Letts I recall fun times together. May happy memories of the past soon cloud your sadness.

Dear Dave and Family,
Ron and I are so sorry to hear of Mary Ann's passing. She was a bright, kind, gentle lady. Working with her I always appreciated her wisdom, wit, and caring ways. She was especially helpful to my 3 children who attended Archmere. Both you and Mary Ann instilled much confidence in me when I first arrived at Archmere. We hope all your favorite memories and speaking of them aloud get you through this sad time. You and your family (all those grands we heard so many...

Dear Mr. Barnard,
I am very sorry for your loss. You and Mrs. Barnard were so very kind to my family and me. I always enjoyed babysitting Drew and Ellen. They were such good kids! It's wasn't a surprise since their parents were so special. Mrs. Barnard's obituary was beautiful. She was truly a servant of God. May God bring you and your family peace during this difficult time in your lives.
Sincerely,

David,

We are sorry for the loss of Maryann. We offer our deepest prayers and condolences to you and your family. Both Al and I have fond memories of having first met the both of you and enjoying cocktails together. Maryann always had a smile on her face and you also brought such wonderful appetizers. Every time I walk into my kitchen I think of Maryann and her wonderful design talent and sense of color. The world was a better place with her in it and although we have seen you in...

Dave, Andrew & Ellen,
My sympathy and prayers are with you on Mary Ann's passing. She will long be remembered in the hearts of many Archmere students and staff members for her dedication, tender love and care. Mary Ann was an inspired and dedicated teacher; her concern for every student was exemplary, especially those who needed extra help. She was always willing to go the extra mile. A merited crown now awaits her for having "run the race well."

So sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Barnard. Many fond memories at Archmere as she was my first teacher with the old Study Skills class.
